Selection Process
- Preliminary screening of CVs / Biodata
- Initial round HR call (to understand your interest level, knowledge about the position, career expectations, salary expectations and job fit)
- Knowledge round from Practice Head or Operating Officer to understand your industry knowledge, techniques, processes, mutual value benefits, engagement specific exposure, etc.
- A technical round (Written Test or Practical or Both)

At present we are looking for highly experienced researchers and analysts, who have exposure to U.S and U.K markets, in specific online surveys & CATI, project management, advanced analytics and client management.
