Selection Process

  • Preliminary screening of CVs / Biodata
  • Initial round HR call (to understand your interest level, knowledge about the position, career expectations, salary expectations and job fit)
  • Knowledge round from Practice Head or Operating Officer to understand your industry knowledge, techniques, processes, mutual value benefits, engagement specific exposure, etc.
  • A technical round (Written Test or Practical or Both)
  • The offer


Candidates with desired qualification and experience are required for various positions on a regular basis. At present we are looking for highly experienced researchers and analysts, who have exposure to U.S and U.K markets, in specific online surveys & CATI, project management, advanced analytics and client management.
